Shipping Policies

I ship US orders next business day unless otherwise noted on the storefront - I will post warning of any vacations, holidays etc. International orders are shipped within 3 business days.

All packages within the US are sent via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 3-5 business days. All international packages are sent via USPS First Class International Mail--for more information on shipping times, consult The United States Postal Service website.

Shipping Costs

US or Canada:	Free
International (all other locations):	$5 per quill

A note about international shipping: it is quite pricey, as USPS has raised their rates recently. Quills must be carefully packaged, and ink pots are heavy. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to international buyers.

Return Policies

Returns will ONLY be accepted for damaged or incorrect items. If the item can be fixed (or the correct item is available), it will be returned to you, otherwise a full refund will be issued.

To initiate a refund, please email me at artist [at] thebrilliantquill [dot] com, or use my contact form here. I will give you further instructions for returning the item.

Please note: I do not accept returns due to "buyer's remorse." I am committed to making sure your quill arrives in good shape and as ordered, but I am an artist working from home and cannot afford to refund for changed minds. Thank you for your understanding!
